Screen Meta-Analyser
A Python (PyQt) GUI for ingesting open access forward genetic screen data and generating ranked entity lists suitable for rank based meta-analysis tools. Prebuilt binaries also available on GitHub.

A hosted R Shiny dashboard displaying various analyses of economic indicators and their association with life expectancy/other health outcomes. Also available in a dev container.
