  • Uncovered anti-inflammatory mechanisms of IFITM proteins with CRISPR and signalling analysis.
  • Built Python pipelines for meta-analysis of genome wide screens, including LLM-assisted ingestion of heterogeneous data into standardised SQL databases for downstream querying and analytics.
